Washington, Jul 15, 2010 - It appears the oil has stopped flowing into the Gulf and for the first time in months people in the Gulf have reason to be optimistic. While encouraging, the crisis is far from over. The well still needs to be permanently sealed, the oil cleaned up, and people and businesses in the Gulf need to be able to get back to work. Finally, we must still get answers about what caused and contributed to this tragic accident so that Congress can make the right reforms to ensure American offshore drilling remains the safest in the world.  Click here to read more about the issue.
